Health departments are increasingly adding data indicators related to the social determinants of health to community health planning and performance improvement activities, while considering how to integrate other new data that has emerged due to COVID-19. This webinar will feature a discussion led by community health planning and performance improvement professionals whose health departments have approached new SDoH and COVID-19 data in innovative ways.
