Purpose: Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a major public health issue that affects millions of individuals and families in the United States. From 2017 to 2020, HRSA Bureaus and Offices will implement The HRSA Strategy to Address Intimate Partner Violence that advances our mission to improve health and achieve health equity through access to quality services, a skilled health workforce, and innovative programs.
