We know that self-care is a key component of our overall well-being and performance. Yet, for many of us, the idea of self-care has started to feel like a platitude. Neshia and Jason will share sustainable routines for navigating experiences of stress and overwhelm with more ease and grace, and how to preserve these routines in the workplace. When we can slow down and better understand ourselves, we are able to create environments that allow space for those around us to do the same.
