The 2021 Public Health Performance Improvement Training (PHIT)

PHIT 2021 features a renewed format to meet your training needs, including virtual training sessions, networking opportunities, and town halls.

This year’s theme for PHIT is: Optimizing Your Resources Through Performance Improvement. Sessions will be led by public health practitioners from across the country and will cover diverse topics, including:

• Community Health Assessment and Health Improvement Planning

• Quality Improvement
• Strategic Planning
• Health Equity
• Other Strategic Skills, including systems thinking, change management, persuasive communication, data analytics, problem solving, diversity and inclusion, and policy engagement
